Q: I am working on my application and your application says that I am over the word count limit. Microsoft Word says that
I am within the limit. Why is this happening?
A: In our system, spaces and cairrage returns contribute to word counts. It is common for applicants to format their information with additional spaces and carriage returns in Bio/Resume section. Eliminate those extra spaces, and you'll remain within in the word count limit.
Q: I filled out information and its gone!
A: You must hit SAVE at the bottom of each page. We suggest that you scroll down to the bottom of each page and hit SAVE often. We also strongly suggest that you compose your answers in a seperate text editor, and copy and paste your answers when you are ready to submit.
